RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE OF DIRECTORATE
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Control Instruments held on
Tuesday, 19 June 2007, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the
resolutions as set out in the notice of the annual general meeting contained in
the Company`s 2006 Annual Report. The special resolution will be lodged with the
Registrar of Companies for registration.
Mr Herc Hefer resigned as a non executive director of Control Instruments at the
end of the annual general meeting with immediate effect.
