AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHARE INSTALMENT RELATING TO THE
ORDINARY SHARES OF PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT COMPANY LIMITED (PPC)
Following the announcement by the board of Pretoria Portland Cement Company
Limited (PPC) whereby PPC declared a subdivision of 10 for 1, Absa Bank Ltd (the
Issuer) will amend the conditions of the warrant and share instalment listed
below in the following way.

The effect of the abovementioned adjustment is to place the warrant and share
instalment holders in the same position they would have been in had the
