APPOINTMENT OF DIGITOT
IFCA Tech wishes to announce that its subsidiary company, IFCA hWare (Pty)
Ltd has entered into an agreement with Digitot International (Pty) Ltd to
appoint Digitot as its exclusive distributor of the TOTalizer inventory
control product to the hospitality industry in South Africa and 13 other
countries in Europe, Africa, South America and the Middle East. Under the
terms of the agreement, Digitot will be marketing the TOTalizer products
through its subsidiaries and distribution channels located in these
countries under its brand name, `DigiTag`.
IFCA hWare will continue to market the TOTalizer under its current name to
the manufacturing and pharmaceutical in South Africa industries directly
and will also continue to seek distributors to market to these industries
internationally.
The TOTalizer system is a revolutionary stock-taking system that
electronically measures and counts the volume of liquid or quantity of
unitary items in a bottle or container without the need to sight its
contents or to empty the container.
Digitot is a South African company that specializes in the provision of
integrated equipment, management systems and software internationally to
control dispensing and inventories of spirit alcohol, draught beer and soda
fountain beverages.
