Further to the cautionary announcements, the first of which announced the BEE
transaction with Royal Bafokeng Capital (Proprietary) Limited ("RBC") in detail
and was dated 31 March 2006, the last of which was dated 25 April 2007, advising
shareholders that the board of Zaptronix and Strider Holdings (Proprietary)
Limited had re-opened the discussions with RBC regarding the BEE transaction,
the RBC options and the possible restructuring thereof. These discussions are
still in progress and accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in the company`s shares until a further
announcement is made in this regard.
