RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held this morning, a
statement was made in relation to the Chairman`s Report wherein the
Chairman stated that the Financial Services Board ("FSB") was investigating
the circumstances surrounding the company`s profit warning issued on 20
July 2006 and informed shareholders that a letter had been received from
the FSB advising that the investigation had been closed and that no legal
action would be taken.
Shareholders are further notified that all the ordinary resolutions as set
out in the notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the company`s 2007
Annual Financial Statements, were duly passed by the requisite majority of
votes.
