ISSUE OF SHARES
Application is to be made to the London Stock Exchange and JSE Limited for
2,142,857 new ordinary shares of nominal value GBP0.01 each in the capital
of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and
on JSE Limited. Dealings are expected to commence in the New Ordinary
Shares on 28 June, 2007.
The New Ordinary Shares have been allotted to City Natural Resource High
Yield Trust at the conversion price stipulated in the Convertible Loan Note
Agreement as announced by the Company on 27 January 2006.
The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company.
Following admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number
of ordinary shares in issue will be 85,817,408.
