Posting of Eland Platinum`s annual report and annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Eland Platinum`s audited condensed consolidated results for the 15
months ended 31 March 2007, published on SENS on 25 May 2007, the annual report
was dispatched yesterday. The annual report is also dated 25 May 2007 and
contains no modifications to the aforementioned published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Eland Platinum will be held at
10:00 on 24 July 2007 in the boardroom, 1st floor, Eland House, The Braes, 3
Eaton Avenue, Bryanston, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
