In terms of the "Corporate Action" to Tongaat-Hulett Group Limited, Holders
of Investec Bank Limited`s Tongaat-Hulett Group Limited Hot Enhanced Dividend
Securities ("Hot EDS") TNTIHA (details referenced above) will be renamed TONIHA,
effective as of Monday 25 June 2007. Investec Bank Limited will issue Hulamin
Limited Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities ("Hot EDS") next week. Details to be
announced on Monday, 25 June 2007.
As per the TNT split, for every 1 Hot ED held, holders will receive 1 TONIHA Hot
ED and 1 HLMIHA Hot ED. The terms for HLMIHA will be similar to the
TNTIHA/TONIHA Hot EDS as of close of business today, Friday 22 June 2007. This
will ensure holders remain in the same financial position and will not be
prejudiced by the corporate action effective as of Monday, 25 June 2007.
