Subject to the completion of the demerger of Hulamin Limited (South Africa)
from Tongaat-Hulett Group Limited (South Africa, constituent) and
notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the
following changes:
INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM
START OF TRADING
FTSE/JSE Africa Hulamin (South Africa, 25 June 2007
Mid Cap (J201) ZAE000096210, B1XGL31) will be
added to the index with a shares
in issue total of 214,364,808
and an investability weighting
of 30%.
Tongaat-Hulett (South Africa,
ZAE000096533, 6443502) will
remain in the index with an
unchanged shares in issue total
of 107,182,404 and an unchanged
investability weighting of 50%
FTSE/JSE Africa Hulamin will be added to the 25 June 2007
All Share (J203) index as detailed above
Tongaat-Hulett will remain in
the index as detailed above
FTSE/JSE Africa Hulamin will be added to the 25 June 2007
Industrial 25 (J211) index as detailed above
Tongaat-Hulett will remain in
the index as detailed above
FTSE/JSE Africa Hulamin will be added to the 25 June 2007
Financial & Industrial index as detailed above
