RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders` attention is drawn to the fact that Miss Melinda van den Berg has
resigned as company secretary to Yomhlaba with effect from 21 June 2007.
Shareholders are advised that a new company secretary will be appointed in due
course. In the interim, Mr Karl Gribnitz, a Chartered Secretary (FCIS) and a
director of the company, has been authorised by the board to fulfill the duties
of company secretary. Mr Gribnitz will be assisted by Miss Crisna Barnard.
