NOTICE REGARDING THE TONGAAT-HULETT GROUP LIMITED CORPORATE ACTION
TNT HLM SPLIT
As a result of the TNT split into TON and HLM, Investec Hot Enhanced Dividend
Securities ("Hot EDS") will adjust to ensure that holders are placed in the same
position as if the corporate action had not occurred.
TNT closed on Friday, 22 June 2007 at R140.00.
Using relative splits as mentioned in the Final Terms and Proposed Listing and
Withdrawal, we arrive at:
TON R101.5952455
HUL R38.40475446
The sum of these two is R140.00. The TNTIHA warrant had the following price at
the close of business on Friday, 22 June 2007 for a spot level of R140.00:
TNTIHA R72.23.
TNTIHA will be renamed TONIHA in keeping with the name change of the underlying.
Furthermore, Holders will be awarded one (1) new HLMIHA warrant for every one
(1) TNTIHA warrant held on LDT Friday, 22 June 2007. The terms for the HLMIHA
warrant are as follows:

The net result is that the Holder will have the following two (2) options:

TONIHA 33.83

The Difference in value will be paid out to Holders in cash. The new warrant
positions will be reflected on Monday, 2 July 2007.
