Following the demerger/unbundling of Hulamin from Tongaat-Hulett Group
(South Africa, constituent) and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE
and the JSE announces the following changes:

Cap (J201) ZAE000096533, 6443502) will remain
in the index with an unchanged
shares in issue total of
107,182,404 and an unchanged
investability weighting of 50%.
Wesco Investments (South Africa,
ZAE000007928, 6948706) will be
deleted from the index.
Hulamin (South Africa,
ZAE000096210, B1XGL31) will remain
in the index with an unchanged
shares in issue total of
214,364,808 and an unchanged
investability weighting of 30%.
FTSE/JSE Africa Small Wesco Investments (South Africa, 27 June 2007
Cap (J202) ZAE000007928, 6948706) will be
added to the index with a shares in
issue figure of 8,441,800 and an
investability weighting of 50%.
FTSE/JSE Africa All Tongaat-Hulett will remain in the 27 June 2007
Share (J203) index as above.
Hulamin will remain in the index as
above.
FTSE/JSE Africa Tongaat-Hulett will remain in the 27 June 2007
Industrial 25 (J211) index as above.
Hulamin will be deleted from the
index.
