RESULTS
iFour`s audited results for the year ending 30 June 2007 are expected to be
published on SENS and in the press on or about Tuesday, 21 August 2007.
DECLARATION OF DEBENTURE INTEREST PAYMENT NUMBER 11
Notice is hereby given of the declaration of the final debenture interest
payment of 49,00 cents per linked unit for the six months to 30 June 2007. The
last day to trade in order to receive the interest payment is Friday, 28
September 2007 and the linked units will commence trading ex interest payment on
Monday, 1 October 2007 with the record date being Friday, 5 October 2007.
Payment of the interest of 49,00 cents per linked unit will be effected on
Monday, 8 October 2007.
Linked unit certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 1 October 2007 and Friday, 5 October 2007.
The directors of iFour are of the opinion that sufficient funds will be
available to meet the obligations in terms of this declaration. The final
interest payment has not been audited.
