Shareholders are notified that at the annual general meeting of
shareholders held on 22 June 2007, all the ordinary resolutions and the
special resolution proposed thereat were duly passed by the requisite
majority of votes. The special resolution granting a general authority to
the directors to repurchase the company`s shares was adopted and will be
lodged for registration with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
