DEALINGS IN SECURITIES
The four shareholders of Canal Square, one of Faritec`s BEE shareholders,
have sold Faritec shares.
Two of the Canal Square shareholders, namely CJ Thomas and LC Nkombisa,
have realised their total investment in Faritec, in order to release funds
to invest in further motor dealership investments of Canal Square.
The other two Canal Square shareholders, namely M Mayekiso and MT
Nomkonwana, remain invested in Faritec and continue to hold the information
technology investments of Canal Square.
In compliance with sections 3.63 to 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited ("JSE"), the following information is disclosed:
