Change in director`s designation
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby notified of the change in director designation of Duncan Miller from
that of Executive Director to Non-Executive Director with effect from 30 June
2007. While Duncan Miller will continue to provide external advisory and
consulting services to the company in mergers and acquisitions activities, he
will be pursuing new challenges. The business has well-structured succession
planning in place to facilitate this change. The directors express their
appreciation to Duncan Miller for his significant contribution to the group and
wish him continued success in this new chapter of his career.
