At the Annual General Meeting on 31 July 2007 it is proposed that
the Company adopts new Articles of Association. A summary of the
material differences between the current articles of association
and the proposed new articles of association is set out in the
Notice of the Annual General Meeting. The proposed new Articles of
Association are available for inspection on the Company`s website
(www.sabmiller.com) and during normal business hours, at the
offices of the Company`s solicitors, Lovells LLP, Atlantic House,
50 Holborn Viaduct, London EC1A 2FG.
