SALIENT DATES OF SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT
Atlas linked unitholders are referred to the previous announcements in
relation to the acquisition by Acucap Properties Limited of 100% of the
linked units in Atlas not already owned by Acucap pursuant to a scheme of
arrangement in terms of section 311 of the Companies Act, (Act No. 61 of
1973) as amended, proposed by Acucap between Atlas and its linked
unitholders ("the scheme").
In terms of an Order of Court dated Tuesday, 26 June 2007, the High Court
of South Africa (Cape of Good Hope Provincial Division) ("Court") has
granted an order for leave to convene the scheme meetings of Atlas
shareholders and Atlas debenture holders. A circular to Atlas linked
unitholders relating to the scheme was issued on Wednesday, 27 June 2007.
The salient dates for the scheme are as follows:

Last day to trade in Atlas linked units in order Wednesday, 11 July
to be recorded in the register to vote at the
scheme meetings (see note 2 below) on

Notes:
1 All dates and times may be changed by mutual agreement between Atlas
and Acucap and/or may be subject to certain regulatory approvals. Any
change will be published in the press and on SENS.
2 Atlas linked unitholders should note that as transactions in linked
units are settled in the electronic settlement system used by Strate,
settlement of trades takes place five business days after such trade.
Therefore persons who acquire Atlas linked units after Wednesday, 11
July 2007 will not be eligible to vote at the scheme meeting, but
will, provided the scheme is approved and they acquire the Atlas
linked units prior to Friday, 17 August 2007, participate in the
scheme consideration.
3 If a form of proxy or letter of representation is not received by the
time and date shown above, it may be handed to the chairman of the
scheme meeting not later than ten minutes before the scheme meeting is
due to commence.
4 The scheme debenture holders` meeting will be held at the time set out
above, provided that the scheme shareholders` meeting is timeously
concluded or adjourned. In the event that the scheme shareholders`
meeting is not concluded or adjourned at the time the scheme debenture
holders` meeting is to commence, then the scheme debenture holders`
meeting will only commence after the conclusion or the adjournment of
the scheme shareholders` meeting, as the case may be.
5 To the extent that approval from the Competition Authorities is not
obtained on or before this date, the return date may be extended from
time to time. This will result in all dates from Tuesday, 14 August
2007 onwards changing from those that are set out in the timetable
above.
6 Atlas linked unit certificates may not be dematerialised or
rematerialised after Friday, 17 August 2007.
7 All times given in this circular are local times in South Africa.
