SALIENT DATES
Acucap linked unitholders are referred to the previous announcements in relation
to the acquisition by Acucap of 100% of the linked units in Atlas Properties
Limited ("Atlas") not already owned by Acucap pursuant to a scheme of
arrangement in terms of section 311 of the Companies Act (Act No. 61 of 1973),
as amended, proposed by Acucap between Atlas and its linked unitholders.
In terms of an Order of Court dated Tuesday, 26 June 2007, the High Court of
South Africa (Cape of Good Hope Provincial Division) has granted an Order for
leave to convene the scheme meetings of Atlas shareholders and Atlas debenture
holders.
Acucap linked unitholders are advised that a circular containing details of the
transaction and including a notice of general meeting of Acucap shareholders was
issued on Wednesday, 27 June 2007.
The salient dates and times for the proposed corporate action are as follows:
