In light of the barrier risk pertaining to the new issue of the Hulamin
Limited "HLMIHA" Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities ("Hot EDS"), Investec has
elected to issue HLM stock to Holders of TNTIHA (ISIN Code: ZAE000087417), now
renamed TONIHA (ISIN Code: ZAE000099594) as of 25 June 2007, rather than
issuing the new Hulamin Limited ("HLMIHA") Hot EDS. This action is beneficial
to the Holders as they are no longer exposed to any barrier risk. All Holders
of TNTIHA on LDT Friday, 22 June 2007 will receive one (1) HLM (ISIN Code:
ZAE000096210) stock for every one (1) TNTIHA held on LDT.
