SALIENT DATES AND TIMES OF CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION
At the annual general meeting of shareholders held on 27 June 2007,
shareholders approved the capital distribution of 61.5 cents per ordinary
share in the issued share capital of the company by way of a reduction of
the company`s share premium account.

The salient dates and times for the capital distribution are as follows:
