RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of combined units in Pangbourne ("unitholders") are referred to the
cautionary announcements dated 22 February 2007, 4 April 2007 and 17 May
2007.
Unitholders are advised that the Company is still involved in negotiations
with the same party which, if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price at which the combined units of Pangbourne trade.
Accordingly, unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in their combined units until a further announcement is made.
