RESULTS
Pangbourne`s audited results for the year ending 30 June 2007 are expected
to be released on SENS and published in the press on or about Thursday, 30
August 2007.
DISTRIBUTIONS
The directors of Pangbourne ("the directors") have declared a final
distribution for the year ending 30 June 2007 of 62,0 cents per Pangbourne
combined unit ("combined unit"), for the period 1 January 2007 to 30 June
2007 ("the final distribution"). Holders of combined units are referred to
the announcement dated 23 February 2007 in which the interim distribution
of 52,0 cents per unit for the six months ended 31 December 2006 was
declared.
The aggregate distribution for the financial year ending 30 June 2007 is
therefore 114,0 cents per combined unit (2006: 103,0 cents per combined
unit), representing a 10,68% increase in comparison to the prior year.
DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBER 42 AND DEBENTURE INTEREST
Notice is hereby given of the declaration of the final distribution,
comprising dividend number 42 of 1,216 cents per share and interest on
debentures calculated at 60,784 cents per combined unit. The last day to
trade in order to receive the final distribution is Friday, 5
October 2007 and the combined units will commence trading ex distribution
on Monday, 8 October 2007 with the record date being Friday, 12 October
2007. Payment of the final distribution will be effected on Monday, 15
October 2007.
Combined unit certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised
between Monday, 8 October 2007 and Friday, 12 October 2007. The directors
are of the opinion that sufficient funds will be available to meet the
obligations in terms of this declaration. The final distribution has not
been audited.
