APPROVAL OF CHANGE IN NAME OF COMPANY TO VOX TELECOM LIMITED
The directors are pleased to advise that shareholders approved the resolution to
change the name of DataPro Group Limited to Vox Telecom Limited in order to
reflect the intention of the company to position itself as an alternative
telecommunications provider with its broader service offering of voice and data
services. This is consistent with the transformation of the company over the
last 12 months from a traditional ISP to a telecommunications service provider
offering a portfolio of voice and data services to consumers and corporate
customers.
The new Vox Telecom brand will be launched on June 29, 2007. The company today
provides telecommunications products and services to over 60 000 consumers
through the @lantic brand, to over 7 500 businesses through the corporate ISP
business, namely DataPro and to over 60% of the top 200 listed companies through
the Orion Telecom brand.
The special resolution will be lodged with CIPRO to change the name from
"DataPro Group Limited" to "Vox Telecom Limited". For a period of not less than
one year, Vox Telecom will reflect the former name "DataPro Group Limited" on
all documents of title in brackets beneath the new name of "Vox Telecom
Limited".
In terms of the Listings Requirements, approval was granted by the JSE for the
change of name and for the abbreviated name "Vox Telecom" to be used with the
share code "VOX" and the ISIN will be changed to ZAE000097234.

Last day to trade shares in the name of
DataPro Group Limited in order to be recorded
as a shareholder by the record date on Friday, 20 July

and ISIN ZAE000097234 commences on Monday, 23 July
Record date for determining those shareholders
whose shares will be subject to the change of
name on Friday, 27 July
Date of issue of new replacement share
certificates on or about Monday, 30 July
Dematerialised shareholders will have their
accounts at their CSDP or broker updated on Monday, 30 July
Notes:
1. The abovementioned dates and times are South African dates and times
and are subject to amendment. Any such amendment will be announced on
SENS.
2. Share certificates in the name of DataPro may not be dematerialised or
rematerialised after Friday, 20 July 2007.
