APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board is pleased to advise shareholders that Mr. Carl Coutts-Trotter has
been appointed as an executive director of the company with effect from 1 July
2007.
Mr Coutts-Trotter (32), B.Bus.Sc (Actuarial Science), F.A.S. (RSA), F.I.A. (UK),
was previously with the Old Mutual group for nine years and is returning to
South Africa after a period as Vice President and Deputy Chief Actuary of Old
Mutual (USA).
