concert parties must notify the SRP of any dealings in Rainbow Chicken Limited
(Registration number: 1966/004972/06) ("Rainbow") securities during an offer
period. Accordingly, Remgro has advised the SRP that its wholly-owned subsidiary
Industrial Partnership Investments Limited (Registration number: 1975/004528/06)
has purchased 126 759 shares at a purchase price of R16.00 per Rainbow share.
