Changes to the Board of Directors
Miranda is happy to announce the following changes to its board of directors:
1. Appointment of Mr. Alan Thompson as non-executive director with effect from 1
July 2007.
Alan holds a Legal Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the
Witwatersrand. He has extensive knowledge of, and experience in the financial
markets, with a specific focus on the treasury management function. The board
believes that Alan`s appointment will add great value to the Company,
particularly in assisting management with appropriate asset management
strategies.
2. Resignation of Mr. Joe Letswalo from the board as non-executive director with
immediate effect.
Joe has tendered his resignation due to personal time constraints. We would
like to thank him for his involvement and valued input and wish him success with
his new endeavours.
