CHANGE IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND AUDITORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the
Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Johan du Toit is appointed as a non-
executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr.Du Toit has
extensive knowledge in the food industry and will add great value to the
Company.
In compliance with paragraph 3.57 of the JSE Listings Requirements
shareholders are advised that Compendium (Pretoria) Incorporated resigned
as Auditors of the Company and that Jan Erasmus Auditors is hereby
appointed with immediate effect.
