Director`s appointment to the Oando board
At the 30th Annual General Meeting of Oando held on Thursday, 28 June 2007, Mr.
Mobolaji Olatunbosun Osunsanya was unanimously elected as a director of the
Company upon the recommendation of the directors, pursuant to article 95 of the
Company`s articles of association.
The directors are of the opinion that his knowledge and wealth of experience
will no doubt impact positively on the board of Oando.
Brief CV of Mr. Mobolaji Olatunbosun Osunsanya:
Mobolaji Olatunbosun Osunsanya holds a First Class bachelors degree in Economics
from the University of Ife and a Masters degree, also in economics, from the
University of Lagos. He previously worked as a consultant with Arthur Andersen
Nigeria (now KPMG professional services) with experience in the banking, oil &
gas and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Oando in August 2001, he was
an assistant general manager at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and later an executive
director at Access bank plc. Before his appointment as CEO, Gaslink Nigeria, he
was the Chief Marketing Officer - Commercial, for Oando.
