RESULTS OF THE RIGHTS OFFER
Further to the announcement dated 25 May 2007 giving the salient dates of the
rights offer of 124 916 992 ordinary shares at 60 cents per share to raise R74
950 195.20, the directors of Sallies have pleasure in announcing the results of
the rights offer:
