RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the extraordinary general meeting of Yomhlaba
shareholders held on Saturday 30 June 2007, all the resolutions were passed by
the requisite majority of shareholders present and represented by proxy. The
special resolutions will be submitted for registration by the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") shortly.
The results of this extraordinary general meeting take the Company a significant
step further in becoming a coal mining and exploration company boasting new
assets, a restructured balance sheet and a new, broad based black economic
empowerment controlling shareholder, Royal Bafokeng Capital (Proprietary)
Limited.
The process of meeting the requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE") in relation
to the lifting of the suspension of trading in Yomhlaba shares on AltX is
underway and an announcement will be released to this effect in due course.
Announcements will also be made on SENS and in the press to advise Yomhlaba
shareholders of the corporate actions timetable dealing with the name change,
share consolidation and the intended listing on the Main Board of the JSE when
appropriate.
