APPOINTMENT OF A NEW COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHANGES IN FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTOR
Pursuant to paragraphs 3.59(a) and 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, the Company hereby informs shareholders that, effective 1 July
2007, that the current Group Financial Director, Mr Robin Braithwaite, will
relinquish the role of company secretary and that Mr Michael John Edward
Geldenhuys will no longer be referred to as Group Treasury Director, but rather
as Group Risk Director, responsible for broader Group Risk, including Treasury,
and compliance in general.
In light of the above, Mr Geldenhuys will also assume the responsibilities of
company secretary effective 1 July 2007, and will report to the Mr Braithwaite.
