RESIGNATION OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Johncom advises that Mr Paul Jenkins has resigned as a director of Johncom with
effect from 1 July 2007. His resignation anticipates the changes that will occur
within Johncom, in the light of its Opco unbundling that was announced on 11
April 2007. His resignation has been timed to coincide with the completion of
his duties as director for the Johncom 2007 financial year.
