Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 2 May 2007 and 4 June
2007, giving details of the mandatory offer by National Pride Trading 245 (Pty)
Limited ("National Pride") to Kelgran shareholders to acquire all of their
Kelgran shares at an offer price of 2.2 cents per Kelgran share ("the offer").
The offer closed on Friday, 29 June 2007 and 231 252 shares were acquired by
National Pride.
