DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SAB SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SABMILLER PLC
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SABMILLER PLC
(SAB) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend
amount of 255.0825 cents per SABNID share instalment that is payable on
Tuesday, 7 August 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 6 July 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 9 July 2007 and
the record date will be Friday, 13 July 2007.
