AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CALL WARRANTS RELATING TO THE
ORDINARY SHARES OF TELKOM SA LTD
Following the announcement by the board of Telkom SA Limited (TKG) whereby
TKG declared a special dividend of 500c, Absa Bank Ltd (the Issuer) will
amend the conditions of the warrants listed below in the following way.
