BOARD RESTRUCTURE
Pursuant to the recent transactions completed by Beige, including the
acquisition of Crystal Pack (Proprietary) Limited and the Thebe swap-up and
empowerment transaction and following the appointment of representatives of
these companies to the Board, Beige announces, in compliance with paragraph 3.59
of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, that Mr JA Noble and Dr PJD
Gubb have resigned as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
The board thanks both of these directors for the invaluable contribution and
guidance they have provided towards the turnaround and success of Beige over the
past year.
Following these resignations, the board will comprise the following members:
