APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Tiger Brands is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Khotso Mokhele and Mr
Andre Parker as non-executive directors of the Company. The appointments will
take effect from 1 August 2007.
Dr Mokhele is currently the Chairperson of the National Skills Authority, has
degrees in Agriculture, Food Science and Microbiology, and holds several
honorary doctorates. He currently is a member on the boards of directors of
Implats, Mittal Steel and Afrox.
Mr Parker, who holds a B Econ degree, is the Managing Director: Africa & Asia
with SABMiller plc and a member of their executive committee. He has
significant experience in branded consumer products and in the international
business arena. He is currently also a member of the board of AECI.
