CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the following should be noted:
Mr. Francois Schindehutte has been appointed as the Group Financial
Director with effect from 26 June 2007.
Francois is a Chartered Accountant and has gained a vast amount of
experience ranging from privately owned concerns to listed companies in the
banking and media sectors and parastatals.
Mr. Donald Nieuwoudt resigns as executive director with effect from 26 June
2007, but will still retain the role of Company Secretary for the Group and
will remain on the subsidiary boards.
