RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Wesizwe shareholders are advised that all the resolutions detailed in the
notice of general meeting dated 8 June 2007 were approved by the requisite
majority of the Company`s shareholders present or represented at the general
meeting of shareholders held on 6th July 2007.
The special resolution authorizing the increase in the share capital to fund
the Africa Wide Mineral Prospecting & Exploration (Pty) limited transaction
will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
