RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
It is with sadness that board of directors of BJM ("the board") announces
the resignation of Anname de Villiers as company secretary.
Anname has been with the group for four years fulfilling many important
roles including Company Secretariat, Legal & Compliance, HR and Group
Services. Regrettably the demands of these roles have taken the toll on her
work/ life balance and she is in need of an extended break.
The board respects her wishes and has accordingly accepted her resignation
and wishes her success in the future. Anname will remain available to BJM
until the beginning of October 2007 to ensure a smooth transition of her
duties.
