As a result of the share split concomitant with the unbundling of Barloworld
Limited`s PPC holding which will take place at close of business on Friday, 6
July 2007. Investec will adjust the strike and barrier of PPCIHB to ensure the
financial position of the Hot EDS holders is unprejudiced by this event. In
addition, holders at close of business on LDR Friday the 6th July 2007 will be
entitled to an additional 9 PPCIHB at zero price effective Monday the 9th July
2007 for settlement Monday the 16th July 2007.
This will be done as follows:
New strike = (PPCIHB existing strike)/10
New barrier = (PPCIHB existing barrier)/10
