As a result of the share split concomitant with the unbundling of Barloworld
Limited`s PPC holding which took place at close of business on Friday, 6 July
2007. Investec has adjusted the strike and barrier of PPCIDC (Details
mentioned above) to ensure the financial position of the EDS holders remains
unprejudiced by this event. In addition, holders at close of business on LDR
Friday the 6th July 2007 will be entitled to an additional 9 PPCIDC at zero
price effective Monday the 9th July 2007 for settlement Monday the 16th July
2007.
