R21M ALLANDALE COMPLEX EXPANSION ON TRACK FOR COMPLETION IN NOVEMBER
Johannesburg, 10 July 2007 - The R21 million extension of property loan stock
Vukile`s mini factory and warehousing complex at Allandale in Gauteng is on
track to be completed by the end of November this year.
The extension comprises 17 units and will add 5 650 m2 to the complex`s existing
15 600 m2 area. Vukile chief executive Gerhard van Zyl said demand for
additional space at the complex was driven by its location just off the N1
freeway between Johannesburg and Pretoria.
