VUKILE LISTS ON NAMIBIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
Windhoek, Namibia, 11 July 2007 - The JSE-listed property loan stock company
Vukile was today also listed in the Real Estate sector of the Namibian Stock
Exchange (NSX) with the code VKL (JSE code: VKE).
Speaking at a ceremony to mark the occasion, chairman Anton Botha said the
dual listing was a demonstration of Vukile`s confidence in the prospects for
the Namibian economy in general and its commercial property sector in
particular.
The company recently acquired the landmark BPI House in the Windhoek CBD for
N$113 million, increasing the value of its Namibian portfolio to more than
N$360 million and its physical size to some 60 000 m2 of gross lettable area
over eight buildings.
