Thebe Medicare (Proprietary) Limited ("Thebe") has entered into 18 766 860
single stock futures contracts in respect of its existing shareholding in Beige.
As the contracts entered into simply represent a conversion of 187 668 600
shares into a different instrument, Thebe retains the beneficial interest in the
shares and accordingly, the voting rights attached thereto. In compliance with
paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"),
