Atlas linked unitholders` attention is drawn to the Acucap Properties Limited
("Acucap") announcement referring to the Intaprop Investments (Proprietary)
Limited acquisition ("the acquisition") dated 6 July 2007 which details the
financial effects of the acquisition.
The financial effects of the acquisition on Acucap were not available at the
time of posting of the circular to Atlas linked unitholders on 27 June 2007
relating to a scheme of arrangement in terms of Section 311 of the Companies
Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973), proposed by Acucap between Atlas and the Atlas
linked unitholders in terms of which Acucap will acquire all the linked units
not already owned by Acucap.
