Holders of PPCIHB are advised that due to the unbundling of Barloworld
Limited`s PPC Holding on Friday, 6 July 2007. Investec amended the strike price
and barrier of PPCIHB to ensure warrant holders were in the same financial
position. Holders received 9 PPCIHB`s for every 1 PPCIHB held. Therefore an
adjustment has been made to increase the issue size to 1,500,000 PPCIHBs. This
adjustment will reflect on Friday, 13 July 2007 but remain effective as of
Wednesday, 11 July 2007. The warrant is exercisable only in accordance with the
terms and conditions as set out in the relevant offering circular.
