Further cautionary announcement
Further to the cautionary announcement on SENS dated 8 June 2007,
shareholders of the company are advised that expressions of interest to
acquire the company have been received. As a result, the board of directors
have appointed a sub-committee of independent non executive directors to
review any offers or expressions of interest received by the company.
Accordingly, shareholders of the company are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the company`s securities until further information
is made available.
