CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors of Scharrig Mining Limited are pleased to announce
the appointment of Mr Gideon Louw as Chief Financial Officer of the Company
with effect from 1 August 2007. Mr Louw, a chartered accountant with a
Higher Diploma in Company Law, brings a wealth of relevant experience
gained with amongst others, Shanduka Coal and Investec Bank.
Mr Jason Holland has resigned as a director in order to focus his time and
attention on Scharrighuisen Opencast Mining.
